Our founder and CEO of InnoVate Now, LaToya Hood, has over 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Investor. She founded InnoVate Now out of a need to provide excellent customer service and a more personable and simplified lending process.
Prior to founding InnoVate Now inc, LaToya worked for DynCorp International as a Senior Operations Coordinator alongside Armed forces. In November of 2011, she deployed to Khandahar, Afghanistan where she spent 4 years alongside Armed forces assisting with sustainability so that they could perform combat operations against insurgent forces.
LaToya earned a B.A. from Old Dominion University. She currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and two sons. We look foward to working with you in the near future.
